Clear Impact is excited to welcome the addition of a new Impact Consultant, Marcais Frazier. His primary role will be to provide Clear Impact Scorecard Technical Assistance and other means of support to clients who desire to be results-driven.
For the past eight years, Marcais has served in a range of positions to support place-based community initiatives designed to advance education, health and social development outcomes. He believes in amplifying the creative power of emerging leaders and as such, his work often focuses on engaging youth and young adults in community development processes as key participants.
Most recently, as an Associate with Community Initiatives network, Marcais served as a co-technical assistance provider for the national initiative, Community Transformation Grants, and he collaborated with community stakeholders to improve place-based health initiatives. He also co-authored the “Weight of the Nation for Kids Screening-to-Action Quickstart Guide” and partnered with multiple community groups to lead project screening pilots. When asked to explain his decision to begin working with Clear Impact, Marcais answered, “Working for Clear Impact is a great opportunity for me to engage in an ideology, (Results-Based Accountability), that I believe in both professionally and personally. I look forward to taking this central idea and sharing it with a vast network of community builders in order to continue to shape and redefine the infinite possibilities that exist for all children, youth and families.”
Marcais is from Atlanta, GA– a city known as much for its southern hospitality as for its contributions to the Civil Rights Movement. An ideal weekend for him includes spending time in nature and listening to live music. Marcais enjoys playing basketball, cooking (occasionally!), and spending time with great people. His personal motto is: “Together We Accomplish More”.
