Session Description:

What does it take for health leaders to take a disciplined approach to planning and taking actions to achieve health equity? This session will begin by offering a definition of health equity that enables participants to deepen their understanding and target their actions towards improved results. Participants will engage in small group experiential learning with immediate, practical application of Results Based Accountability (RBA) as a proven performance improvement framework. RBA will be applied as a simple method for helping organizations and programs to move from talk to measurable actions for programs and organizations to make progress towards achieving health equity.
