Janice Chin has over 15 years of experience in the healthcare sector and currently serves as the Director of Planning and Organizational Effectiveness for the Alameda County Care Connect Initiative at the Alameda County Health Care Services Agency. Ms. Chin has been an Administrator at the Alameda County Health Care Services Agency since 2012 where she has led organizational transformation initiatives to shift program and administrative areas towards a results-based practice and a culture of continuous improvement. Prior to that, she has worked on various organizational development and program development projects in public hospital systems, community-based clinics, public education organizations, and government agencies. She has a background in planning, evaluation, strategic planning and quality improvement.
