Jo Bradley
Health Data and Improvement Specialist
WNC Health Network
Ms. Bradley is the Health Data and Improvement Specialist at WNC Health Network, Inc., an alliance of hospitals across a 16-county region, working together and with partners to improve health and healthcare. The Network exists to convene, connect, and support hospitals and their partners across western North Carolina. Among other priorities, their current strategy includes supporting WNC Healthy Impact, a regionally coordinated process and partnership between public health and hospitals across the region to improve capacity for collective impact. In her role, Ms. Bradley supports WNC Healthy Impact through the Network’s Results-based Accountability™ (RBA) Grant, funded by The Duke Endowment. The purpose of the Network’s RBA Grant is to use RBA to build capacity for Collective Impact in western North Carolina by embedding RBA through the three-year cycle of improvement.
Ms. Bradley is originally from Austin, TX and has lived in western North Carolina for almost 5 years. She has worked in non-profit, public health and academia since 2010 when she received her Master of Science in Health Promotion from University of Colorado Colorado Springs.
