Clear Impact

Mr. Marquez serves as the Clear Impact project lead to the State of Texas Department of Family and Protective Services for its statewide efforts with early childhood community impact and with the Annie E. Casey Foundation for its performance management system through the Research, Evaluation, Evidence and Data unit. He delivers consultation, training, and technical assistance in the application of Results-Based Accountability and Clear Impact Scorecard for measurable change. Mr. Marquez holds over a decade of experience in leading communities to achieve improved outcomes by using data to drive strategic decision-making. In January 2018 Marcos was credentialed as a Certified Professional Diversity Coach through the Coach Diversity Institute and delivers coaching to senior executives with the Clear Impact Leadership Development program for National Institutes of Health.

Prior to joining Clear Impact, he served as the Results Manager for the United Way of San Antonio and Bexar County for its $24M Eastside Promise Neighborhood and $7M Annie E. Casey Foundation/Dual Generation initiatives. In this role, Mr. Marquez facilitated the work of public/private partnerships around collective impact and ensured accountability towards goals for both the broader community and individual programs. Mr. Marquez has also managed the Clear Impact Scorecard on behalf of the Eastside Promise Neighborhood. He has provided technical assistance on strategic development to the Annie E. Casey Foundation, ACCION Texas (Liftfund), American Sunrise, the National Association of Latino Community Asset Builders, El Buen Samaritano Episcopal Mission, and Catholic Charities of San Antonio. Mr. Marquez earned his B.A. in History from the University of Texas at San Antonio with a focus on economic history. He currently resides in San Antonio, Texas with his wife and two children.
