Rebecca H. Reeve, PhD, CHES
Speaker, Trainer, and Consultant
Rebecca is an evaluation and learning specialist with front-line experience in business, hospital, public health, public school and university settings. A sought-after speaker, trainer, consultant and innovator she is focused on practical strategies to produce desired results. Recently retired as the Director of Evaluation & Learning for the NC Center for Health and Wellness at UNC Asheville, she has worked with community partners in western North Carolina, across the state, and nationally to help them think strategically and act effectively. Her 40+ years of work with communities has been recognized with state and national public health awards. Rebecca, a passionate “prac-ademic” received her PhD in evaluation research from the University of Virginia in her mid-career.
