Rachelle originally joined United Way of Central Iowa in March of 2016. She currently works closely with UWCI colleagues and community partners, improving the strategic analysis of programs and results, as well as helping agencies in accessing public data systems to better support their participants and maximize their collective impact in the community.

She began her career in community-based experiential learning and youth development with AmeriCorps. Rachelle’s nonprofit experience spans hyper-local to international organization, and she has served as the board president of the Volunteer Managers of Central Iowa. Rachelle earned her BA at Central College, and her MS in Business Analytics from the University of Iowa.
