Scorecard is a performance measurement and population accountability tracking tool designed to use the principles of Results-Based Accountability to help turn your data into tangible results. It works by allowing for easy data input, tracking trends over time, and assisting in collaboration between partners and involved parties. Data sets can be presented in multiple visual formats and have parameters for subjective measures such as “story behind the curve” for providing context. Scorecard is built for data sharing and allows for quick and easy embedding onto your webpage.

As a web-based companion product for Clear Impact Scorecard, Compyle allows organizations to track the people and partners they serve, removing the need for third-party applications. Compyle can transmit aggregate and disaggregated data directly into Scorecard, saving you time and reducing the possibility of transcription errors. Clear Impact Suite gives you access to both Compyle and Scorecard in the same subscription.

Clear Impact free suite allows users to test drive our software before committing for the long term. The free tier allow for up to 3 users, 20 participant records, and 10 measures. Premium is for our more committed clients. Scorecard premium accounts have unlimited users with 50 measures to start. Compyle premium accounts have 2,000 participant records and unlimited users. Each block of measures/participant records accrue an additional cost, and scale up as you do. Unlimited is the big one: Everything is included without caps on measure count or participant records.

We have developed our software to be easy to use even for our least technologically-inclined users. Both Scorecard and Compyle offer in-depth instructional videos inside the software to get you started, and you can always reach out if you need extra help.

Measures quantify the achievement of population outcomes or how well a program, agency, or service system is working. Our Premium pricing is scaled per measure and sold in blocks of 50. We believe that each measure should be chosen carefully and used thoughtfully; this reinforces proper measure choice and better overall use of the scorecard. Additionally, once at the measure threshold, clients are prompted to upgrade to the next available block of measures.
