Stephanie Pienta

Stephanie is an accomplished professional with over a decade of experience working with youth in various capacities. She began her career as a truancy officer in a school district, where she dedicated 10 years to ensuring students’ attendance and engagement in their education. Stephanie also contributed to the district as an educator and at-risk coordinator, providing support and guidance to students facing challenges in their academic journey.

Currently, Stephanie serves as the Director of Opportunity Youth Initiatives for the United Way of San Antonio. In this role, she focuses on empowering opportunity youth and young individuals who have become disconnected from education, employment, and communities. Her passion and expertise lie in creating opportunities and pathways for these individuals to achieve their full potential and build brighter futures for themselves.

Additionally, Stephanie is a co-chair for MBKSA (My Brother’s Keeper San Antonio), further demonstrating her commitment to fostering positive outcomes and opportunities for young people in her community.
