About: Hear from education leadership in the government, philanthropic, and non-profits sectors as they share their stories and outline practical approaches for tracking, reporting, and using data for greater student success. In particular, technology that enables strategic planning, project tracking, multiple partner connection via data sharing in real time, and nesting data for organization, department, and regional reporting.

Presenting organizations:

  • The Delta Health Alliance (DHA) was established nearly 25 years ago by the Delta Council and four public universities to address healthcare and education disparities in the Mississippi Delta. As Mississippi’s largest nonprofit with over 500 employees, DHA conducts research, delivers services, and provides education across 38 initiatives in 27 rural counties. Its programs—ranging from maternal care to literacy and workforce training—are developed in collaboration with over 50 partner organizations and focus on improving community well-being.
  • Wayne County Community Schools supports the development of culturally responsive, trauma-informed Community Schools across Wayne County, New York, by fostering school-centered programs that extend into communities to help youth and families thrive. Using a flexible framework grounded in data, teamwork, and proven practices, they tailor solutions to meet the unique needs of each school and community.
  • Partners for Rural Impact (PRI) is a national organization that drives equitable systems change to support rural youth through collaboration, capacity-building, and place-based initiatives like the Appalachian Cradle to Career Partnership. With national partnerships and targeted support, PRI empowers rural communities to improve education and upward mobility for all children.
