In the Racial Equity Workshop, participants interactively explore, over the course of two days, perspectives on race, racism, and racial and ethnic disparities. With a wealth of historical, economic, and other data, skilled facilitators foster thoughtful analysis and dialogue. Participants typically garner insights that are both profound and practical for understanding and choosing the roles we play when it comes to equity in America, our communities, and our organizations.

Description:

Since 1926, the Woman’s Club of Bethesda has been serving the community, sharing, networking and volunteering. Their aim is to increase their membership with women who want to help their communities throughout the world. They are all volunteers in a non-profit organization striving to help others. They assist with education, rescue organizations, shelters for victims of domestic violence, Heifer, and Manna Food Kitchens and so much more.
