1. What are the Racial Equity Packages?
Currently, we offer two types of packages – a Starter Package and an Advanced Package. Which package you select will depend on what stage you are at in your unique racial equity journey.
No matter where you find yourself, you’ll benefit from the experienced trainers, industry-vetted processes, and specially-designed tools you need to measurably reduce racial disparities.
Generally, both Racial Equity Packages consist of training around and access to:
- A set of tools and data management technologies to collaborate on reducing racial disparities for your desired issue area (health, education, workforce development, etc.)
- A process to develop and implement strategies and action plans that reduce racial disparities on a single (Starter Package) or set of (Advanced Package) community Indicator(s) (i.e. measures of community wellbeing)
- Professional Certification courses for two (Starter Package) or five (Advanced Package) individuals, designed to help build your and your partners’ leadership skills and internal capacity throughout and beyond working with us.
2. Who are the Racial Equity Packages for?
A Racial Equity Package will likely benefit you if you’re a funder, organization, or collaborative who:
- Has a deep interest in reducing community-level racial disparities or closing racial disparity gaps
- Are unsure of where to start to address a community-level disparity or indicator of inequity
- Doesn’t have a shared knowledge base amongst stakeholder organizations about racial equity
- Needs a method that can help you collaborate with other institutions to collectively reduce racial disparities through aligned contributions
- Needs tools to map racial equity data, organize strategic decision-making, and collect ground-level data on strategy performance measures
- Wants to build excitement and momentum for addressing racial equity at a systems level
3. What Exactly Do You Get?
All Racial Equity Package clients will:
- Learn the foundational knowledge about racial equity they need to create informed and appropriate strategies
- Results-Based Accountability training and skills development
- Results-Based Accountability skill mastery (in the form of two or five Results-Based Accountability Professional Certifications)
- Customized technical assistance from a Clear Impact consultant
- A subscription to the Clear Impact Suite of data collection and management tools (Scorecard + Compyle), including access to the National Equity Atlas
4. How Much Does it Cost?
If you purchase a Racial Equity Package, rather than buying each tool and service separately, you’ll be saving money. However, there will be an a la carte menu available for organizations who do not want to purchase an entire package.
Here’s the cost for each package:
Starter Package = $24,250 USD
(Represents $4,500 in savings compared to a la carte pricing)
Advanced Package = $49,250 USD
(Represents $11,250 in savings compared to a la carte pricing)
