This course is best for individuals who already have a basic understanding of RBA concepts and principles. Most of our students come to the course with at least some implementation experience, although, this isn’t necessary to be successful in the course. This course will advance the student’s understanding of RBA concepts, increase their capacity to train individuals and groups in the RBA methodology, and improve their ability to achieve measurable results with the framework.
We understand that you may not be ready to enroll but want to benefit from this BOGO promotion before it ends.
That’s why we do not require students to start the program immediately. We are happy to accommodate your preferred timeline to the best of our ability.
For example, you may decide to pay for the course in November 2022 and begin the course in January 2023.
Our only requirement is that students begin the course by February 28th, 2023.

The answer to this question will be different for each student since this is a self-paced course. Your finish time will depend on how long it takes you to complete the instructional videos, activities, and final assignments.
You can use the following guidelines for reference:
- Each lesson module takes about 1 to 2 hours complete, and there are 7 total modules.
- The final test takes about 90 minutes to complete.
- The final two projects may take anywhere from 5-10 hours.
- For many of our students, it takes about 25 to 30 total hours to complete this certification course.
Once you fill out the form, our Certification Director will email you with a link to an invoice for the number of certifications you identified in the form.
At that point, you can either pay the invoice, request to edit the number of enrollees, or ask additional questions.
