Make Better Investment Decisions
Holding annual performance measure reviews with your funded partners can provide you with the data you need to make the best investment decisions possible. You should invest in partners and programs that have the greatest possible chance of maximizing your social impact and helping you achieve your purpose in the community.
One useful way to make these decisions is to utilize a grading system or rubric to review grantee performance measures. You can use grading rubrics during the grant application period, the annual performance reviews, requests for additional funding, and the grant renewal process.
The Turn the Curve Action Planning Process central to Results-Based Accountability offers a standard process by which to collect and analyze data for your grantees’ reported metrics.
