Clear Impact is excited to welcome the addition of our new Impact Consultant, Marcos Marquez. Marcos’ primary responsibilities will include providing Results Based Accountability training and consulting to new Clear Impact Scorecard clients and mostly placed-based, collective impact initiatives.
Marcos holds over a decade of experience in leading communities to achieve improved outcomes by using data to drive strategic decision-making. Before joining Clear Impact, Marquez served as the Results Manager for United Way of San Antonio and Bexar County’s $24M Eastside Promise Neighborhood and $7M Annie E. Casey Foundation/Dual Generation initiatives. In this role, Marquez facilitated the work of public/private partnerships around collective impact and ensured accountability towards goals for both the broader community and individual programs.
Marquez has also managed the Clear Impact Scorecard on behalf of the Eastside Promise Neighborhood. He has also provided technical assistance on strategic development to the Annie E. Casey Foundation, ACCION Texas (Liftfund), American Sunrise, the National Association of Latino Community Asset Builders, El Buen Samaritano Episcopal Mission, and the Catholic Charities of San Antonio.
When asked about his decision to join Clear Impact, Marcos responded: “Joining Clear Impact offers the opportunity on a national level to work with communities focused on achieving equity and advancing opportunity for children and families. I am thrilled to build capacity around the Clear Impact Scorecard and to help community partners address the question: how are we making a difference? In the collective impact work I did with United Way of San Antonio and Bexar County, I saw time and again how this clear, powerful question helped unlock partners’ shared potential. To be part of Clear Impact’s mission-driven enterprise – and to help neighborhoods across the country use RBA to achieve shared Results – is really a dream come true.”
