National Public Health Accreditation
Simplify and Maintain PHAB Accreditation
with Clear Impact Scorecard
Why use a scorecard?
Public health accreditation is beneficial but it’s far from easy. Achieving and maintaining an accredited status requires health departments to develop a process for continuous improvement from the start. Furthermore, you will have a limited amount of time to create and organize the narratives, examples, documents, and plans required to achieve and maintain accreditation.
Clear Impact Scorecard allows public health departments to:
- Implement a performance management system to fulfill Domain 9
- Manage public health data
- Engage in continuous improvement
- Create and organize documentation for PHAB
Benefits of Accreditation
