City of Baltimore OutcomeStat’s vision is a City that sets meaningful goals and measures its progress. The City of Baltimore has 23 measurable Indicators organized within each of the Mayor’s seven Priority Outcomes. These Indicators reflect our City’s greatest challenges.

What was the situation?

The Cobol Legacy System is antiquated and must be replaced. As part of this replacement, there has to be an integration of the Application .net environment that is at high risk of security vulnerabilities.

Defined a strategy to deploy a migration effort to address these issues.

What happened?

The Strategy definition is in process.
