Clear Impact, LLC is performance-driven software company seeking a positive, detail-oriented, highly productive person to take on the demanding role of Clear Impact’s Software Implementation Specialist. At Clear Impact, you will help public sector professionals build their capacity to improve the quality of life in the communities they serve every day.

Clear Impact provides performance management software, training and services to help government agencies, non-profits, and foundations track the performance of their programs, measure the impact of their funding, and improve the lives of children, families and communities worldwide. Our performance improvement experts work side-by-side with government leaders, executive directors, and public sector professionals to establish measurable performance expectations, identify the right data indicators, and continuously monitor the progress of programs and partners to deliver long-term, measurable impact.

Clear Impact accomplishes all of this by providing custom-tailored training and facilitation in the Results-Based Accountability™ (RBA) methodology, applying the framework to each client’s work. Additionally, we provide our Clear Impact Scorecard software to clients as a tool to facilitate ongoing RBA thinking, practice, and process in their everyday work, ensuring our training does not go to waste.

Clear Impact offers two software products to help our customers collect and use data to create measurable impact for their communities.

  • Clear Impact Scorecard for monitoring program performance, measuring community outcomes, and using data to drive strategic improvement
  • Clear Impact Compyle for case management, housing and organizing program participant records, data collection, surveys, and assessments

The Clear Impact Software Implementation Specialist will work directly alongside our Senior Consultants to help customers design, build, and implement our software products, as well as provide on-going support along their journey to measurable improvement.


Responsibilities:

  • Work alongside Senior Consultants to support the implementation of the Clear Impact Software Suite:
    • Engage directly with customers to provide training and support
    • Setup, configure, and test software implementation
    • Clean and migrate data from legacy systems into Clear Impact Suite
    • Respond to support tickets and interact with development team to resolve
    • Conduct periodic customer reviews and make suggestions on how customers can better utilize the software

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
  • Outstanding project management skills and the proven ability to manage multiple complex initiatives in parallel
  • Working knowledge of SQL (structured query language)
  • Extremely detail-oriented
  • Highly skilled in the use of Excel/Google Sheets
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Tech-savvy with an ability to learn and master new software systems
  • Self-determined mindset with the ability to take ideas and see them through to completion

Bonus Points:

  • Project Management Professional Certification (PMP)
  • Experience in any of the following fields:
    • Database administration
    • Software administration
    • Data Science
    • Non-profit or Government performance management
    • Software Engineering

Compensation: $50k -$60k/year
