Kelsie Prisk is a  Technical Support Specialist at Clear Impact. She brings a rich background in database management and customer support to her role, where she will primarily manage the helpdesk for our Scorecard and Compyle applications. She will also be a vital support resource for our RBA Professional Certification students.

Kelsie holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Science and Technology from the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee, with a certificate in Web Development. Her academic and professional journey has equipped her with deep expertise in managing data using MySQL, Microsoft SQL Server, and Microsoft Access, as well as extensive experience with basic SQL and SaaS support in both educational and professional settings.

Before joining Clear Impact, Kelsie excelled as a Remote Client Success Specialist at TouchPoint Software in Dallas, TX, where she assisted clients with technical issues and report customization using SQL, achieving a client satisfaction score consistently above 96%. Her role as a Tier 1 Customer Support and Operations Specialist at Rosie Applications, Inc. in Ithaca, NY, further honed her abilities in providing exceptional customer service and technical support.

Kelsie’s proficiency with a variety of tools, including Google Suite, Microsoft Office, Atlassian products (JIRA, Confluence, Trello), and Zendesk ticketing systems, complements her strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills. Her ability to work independently and efficiently in fast-paced environments makes her a perfect fit for our dynamic team.
