Rockville, MD, August 22, 2022 – Maryland officials congratulated Clear Impact CEO, Adam Luecking for 15 years of working with governments and philanthropic funders worldwide to achieve measurable, equitable impact on the lives of children, families, and communities. U.S. Senator Chris Van Hollen, Maryland District 16 delegate Marc Korman, and Montgomery County Executive Marc Erlich recognized Adam for his performance management technology, training and consulting services.

Clear Impact hosted a small event to celebrate the company’s longevity. In attendance, Korman, stated, “It’s great to be here to celebrate 15 years of Clear Impact. We’re really excited to have a business like this in Maryland and in Montgomery County, exceeding and thriving. Congratulations to Adam and to everyone who works currently or has worked for Clear Impact. Adam is helping governments and nonprofits all over the world, which is very exciting.”

Headquartered in Rockville, Maryland, Clear Impact has worked with the National Institutes of Health, U.S Department of Education, United Way Worldwide, March of Dimes, Baltimore City, and other federal, state, and local organizations worldwide. Clear Impact helps organizations create alignment across systems to equitably advance their missions and create outcomes that improve people’s lives.

“Clear Impact has done this work for 15 years because I understand firsthand the importance of how resources and opportunities can make a difference in your life. I started a nonprofit and through that work, I’ve seen how there are various barriers that impact families. Outcomes are intergenerational in nature, and the repercussions of decisions made today will go many generations into the future. From that experience, I now help organizations with strategies to give the communities they serve better outcomes now and in the future,” stated Adam Luecking, CEO of Clear Impact.

At the event honoring the anniversary, Adam also celebrated and signed copies of his new book, “Social Sector Hero – How Government and Philanthropy Can Fund for Impact.” In this book, Adam details how funders can conquer their fear of data, overcome institutional challenges, and create community impact to become “Social Sector Heroes.”
