You are invited to register for the Benchmarks for a Better Vermont two-and-a-half day Results-Based Accountability (RBA) Training of Trainers workshop.
For four years the team at Benchmarks for a Better Vermont has worked to provide a ladder of training and coaching opportunities to Vermont’s mission-driven sector. From the 18-month, cohort-based Performance Institute, to the 4-Part RBA training series, to 90-minute introduction to RBA sessions, we have built a training model that meets learners where they are and challenges them to build a culture of accountability.
Drawing on these experiences, Kate McGowan and Hillary (Boone) Orsini of Benchmarks for a Better Vermont will lead a training that guides participants to develop their own skills in results-based facilitation, grounded in RBA processes and tools, and principles of adult learning.
Participants will learn:
- the basic principles of adult learning
- how to conduct Results-Based Accountability workshops
- how to lead training exercises
- how to help organizations and their leaders put these practices into operation.
Pre-Requisites
Participants are required to have completed an RBA 101 course, the 4-part RBA training series, the Outcomes and Evaluation course at Marlboro, or have equivalent experience with RBA. Please get in touch with Hillary at hillaryo@marlboro.edu if you have questions about the RBA requirement.
