Executive Director of OAR (Opportunities, Resources, and Alternatives) of Tompkins County
David has been working with Clear Impact since 2013. He has assisted more than 84 departments, organizations, and programs in developing high-end RBA performance measures. He is a leader in community planning, strategic design, and implementing many first-time initiatives with a passion for creating community change backed by data. He is a creative problem solver with skills and expertise in addressing complex social issues. David has used RBA, the Clear Impact Scorecard, and Complye within his last three positions, which included Youth Services, County Administration, and currently as the head of one of the oldest non-profits in Tompkins County.
Dave is married to Denise and is the father of three grown children, Kodie, Wesley, and Leyna.
