What is Results-Based Accountability?
Results-Based Accountability™ (also known as RBA) is a disciplined way of thinking and taking action that communities can use to improve the lives of children, youth, families, adults and the community as a whole. RBA is also used by organizations to improve the performance of their programs. RBA is being used in all 50 United States and in more than a dozen countries around the world to make measurable change in people’s lives, communities, and organizations.

This workshop introduces participants to the Results-Based Accountability™ framework. In the workshop, Results-Based Accountability™ is applied to both cross-community quality of life improvements and the management of programs, agencies, and service systems.

Results-Based Accountability Train-the-Trainer Workshop:
This intensive, two-day workshop prepares the participant to teach the concepts of Results-Based Accountability and coach others in its implementation. Participants will learn how to conduct their own Results-Based Accountability workshops, lead training exercises, and help organizations and their leaders put these practices into operation.
