Ihab Abdelkarim joined the Clear Impact team as a software engineer in 2017. Dedicated to providing the best possible IT solutions for clients served by Clear Impact, Ihab embraces each challenge with a deep concern for the client, attending not only to the needs presented but also addressing unforeseen issues that might arise. Competence, determination, resourcefulness, and discernment are hallmarks of Ihab’s work in delivering efficient and knowledgeable technical support to Clear Impact’s clientele.
As a software engineer for Clear Impact, Ihab has designed and implemented strategic and innovative solutions, specifically working on the Clear Impact Scorecard software application. As a result of his efforts to change the application to be tiers and microservices, the software now offers greater accessibility and functionality for its users. Ihab continues to improve upon the tool, ensuring optimal performance.
Prior to working with Clear Impact, Ihab worked primarily in the Middle East in technical education, Information Technology (IT), and programming. Ihab worked with Mansoura University in Egypt. After completing his work with the university, Ihab worked in Onaizah (Qassim), Saudi Arabia (2003-2005) where he taught programming. Returning to his native country, Egypt (2006-2013), Ihab honed his skills in IT and programming, as well as educating adult learners at the post-graduate level in programming. Upon arriving in the United States of America, Ihab worked as a software engineer in other capacities prior to his tenure with Clear Impact.
