As Clear Impact’s Marketing Specialist, Kayleigh uses her 10+ years of marketing and communications expertise to help spread the word about Clear Impact software tools, training, methodologies, and courses. She also produces content to help organizations create measurable impact in their communities. Through her work with Clear Impact, Kayleigh aims to empower social and public-sector organizations to reach their peak performance and produce measurable results.
Kayleigh is an avid reader and passionate about effective writing. At Clear Impact, she writes emails, blog posts, newsletters, e-books, website pages, op-eds, and social media posts. Kayleigh started her career with Clear Impact as a Special Projects Coordinator in 2014, and her role has evolved as she has continued to improve Clear Impact’s educational offerings and brand authority. Kayleigh has a strong background in mission-oriented organizations. Before Clear Impact, she served as a Community Development Associate at the Schuylkill River Greenways Association in Pottstown, Pennsylvania. Kayleigh also loves the outdoors and promoting environmental responsibility. As such, she has worked for two National Parks as a Natural Resource Educator and an Invasive Plant Technician.
Kayleigh received her B.A. in Environmental Studies and a minor in Sociology from Ursinus College. She has also completed courses in Strategic Communications at American University, where she won The Public Communication Award for Best Communication Paper in 2016. She is a certified Results-Based Accountability Professional and Clear Impact Scorecard Administrator.
Kayleigh likes to crochet, go for *very* long walks, and volunteer at a local cat rescue in her free time.
