Scorecard recently got an exciting upgrade! Previously, when a user attached files to a Scorecard, they would not be downloadable for other users with access to the Scorecard. This was also true of users within a network visiting related instances. 

With the new update of Scorecard, that has all changed. When attaching files to a Scorecard, other users can now view and download them in their own time. Additionally, we have added a multi-file download component, allowing users to choose which files they would like to download in which order. 

Below are the instructions for downloading the attached files from a Scorecard:

Step 1 – Go to the container with the attached files.

Step 2 – Click on the check option to the left of the individual files you want to include or click the check option on the far left in the header row to select all. Uncheck any you do not want to download. 

Step 3 – Once your selections are complete, click the “Download Selected” on the right side of the header row, and the system will export a zip file with all of the selected files for you.
