And the best part? It’s included at no additional cost for all paying Scorecard users!

We understand that AI may cause concern for some — and we hear you! We designed the AI Assist tool to enhance your work, not replace your expertise. Rest assured, the tool is strictly opt-in and can be enabled or disabled at the Administrator level. This ensures that your organization retains full control over how and when AI is used to support your decision-making and reporting processes.

To activate AI Assist in Scorecard, navigate to “General Settings” in the main navigation menu, then click “Enable AI Assist” under “General.”

📌 How to Use It:

• For Data Analysis: Click “✨AI Assist” above a Scorecard graph and review AI-generated insights. (Scorecard measures must have more than 10 data points in order for AI Assist Data Analysis to function).
• For Notes: Click “✨AI Assist” in each Note container and enter a clear, specific prompt or question to get the best response (or utilize the pre-populated recommended prompt). 

🔹 Pro Tip:

Be specific and provide relevant context when using AI Assist for custom prompts! Instead of asking, “How do I improve performance?”, try “What are some effective strategies for increasing community engagement in public health initiatives that have worked at the state level around the United States? Please provide real-world examples and keep each description to 250 words or less. Please provide a variety of examples but focus on initiatives related to immunizations.”
