Our performance improvement experts work side-by-side with government leaders, executive directors, and public sector professionals to establish measurable performance expectations, identify the right data indicators, and continuously monitor the progress of programs and partners to deliver long-term, measurable impact.

Clear Impact accomplishes all of this by providing custom-tailored training and facilitation in the Results-Based Accountability™ (RBA) methodology, applying the framework to each client’s work. Additionally, we provide our Clear Impact Scorecard performance management and Compyle case management software to clients as a tool to facilitate ongoing RBA thinking, practice and process in their everyday work, ensuring our training does not go to waste. Clear Impact Scorecard is our easy-to-use, web-based software that helps program managers, grants managers and performance directors collaborate with stakeholders and community partners to simplify data collections, standardize reporting, measure progress and improve performance at scale, moving beyond only reporting on the quantity of people served to demonstrating the communities are actually better off.

Clear Impact Compyle is our new case management system that is built for rapid deployment and intuitive data import to Scorecard to facilitate in depth insights and informed decision making that we will be launching to the market in January 2020.

The Job:

As an Account Executive, you will benefit from inbound leads to find prospective customers, create outreach strategies, and identify opportunities. You will run online demos of the Clear Impact software and successfully sell the Clear Impact value proposition. We’ll provide you with a great place to work, great teammates, and a generous incentive-based compensation plan.

Target clients will largely consist of municipalities, government agencies, foundations, and non-profit organizations.  This role is an inside sales position.

Responsibilities:

  • Become a Clear Impact expert that can describe all company offerings in detail and align them with customer needs;
  • Serve as a point-of-contact for our qualified leads to support their journey towards contracting with Clear Impact;
  • Provide software demos and lead calls with prospects
  • Manage incoming leads from various sources, qualify leads for sales opportunity, and close deals on a routine and successful basis;
  • Collaborate with other staff members as requested (i.e. marketing or accounting) to support day to day business operations
  • Connect consistently with Clear Impact’s Leadership team on individual and departmental performance metrics; and
  • Serve as a brand enthusiast for Clear Impact’s products and solutions
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • A degree from an accredited 4-year university
  • Relevant B2B SaaS work experience in sales or customer services, preferably 2+ years;
  • Public sector and/or non-profit software sales a plus;
  • High aptitude for working with software tools;
  • Experience working with HubSpot or similar sales/marketing automation tools;
  • Extraordinary attention to detail and organizational skills;
  • Self-motivated learner;
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate at a highly-professional level, especially in electronic forms (i.e. email, documentation, phone, etc.);
  • High energy, humor and a personable nature;

Compensation:

$50,000 – $75,000 + Aggressive Commission, to be determined based on experience.

The Clear Impact Digital Marketing Manager plays a true leadership role in researching, designing, and implementing marketing campaigns across the entire organization. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Positioning/Messaging – Develop product positioning and messaging that clearly differentiates Clear Impact’s products in the market 
  • Document and outline buyer personas and journeys by target market 
  • Campaign Management – Develop and execute broad range of integrated inbound and outbound marketing campaigns, programs and promotions to acquire new customers, expand and retain installed base, generate net new pipeline and accelerate sales opportunities in pipeline ensuring all activities are aligned to sales priorities and selling motions. 
  • Establish KPIs, track performance/success, measure, analyze and adjust campaigns in-flight based on performance. Assess campaign effectiveness by product, medium, source, offer type,  and target audience 
  • A/B test client and internal landing pages for optimal effectiveness 
  • Track data and analytics to measure ROI and effectiveness of campaigns 
  • Implement Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM) programs 
  • Execute targeted PPC campaigns with a heavy emphasis on Google Adwords 
  • Prepare marketing reports and post-program analysis summarizing campaign results 
  • Product Content  Coordinate the creation of product marketing materials, website content, and tools necessary to help customers make educated purchasing decisions around the entire suite of Clear Impact’s products. This includes brochures, datasheets, website copy, product guides, videos, social postings, ads, landing pages, and blog posts all guided by marketing ROI metrics. 
  • Conduct technical audits of product launches and websites and make tactical recommendations to optimize performance 
  • Develop trigger-based  nurturing programs that target all stages of a prospect’s journey to closed opportunity 
  • Market Intelligence – Research the market and competitive offerings to create materials that perfectly speak to customer buying journey and reasons Clear Impact’s products are superior to competitive offerings 
  • Demand Generation – Work to integrate new product marketing materials into a documented overall demand generation strategy. Strategically place materials across multiple channels (web, social, direct, etc.) to drive requests for demos and increased demand for Clear Impact’s products. 
  • Develop high-impact B2B demand generation programs to achieve revenue and pipeline goal 

Qualifications: 

  • 3+ years of B2B product marketing experience 
  • 3+ years of experience in high-tech, B2B campaign design, integrated marketing, and demand generation 
  • 3+ years of relevant professional experience in SEO, SEM, PPC, and content marketing 
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field 
  • Knowledge of advanced SEO, SEM, and digital lead generation tactics and tools 
  • Expert knowledge of website optimization, with a focus on landing page conversation and A/B testing  
  • Expert knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Google Adwords 
  • An excellent understanding of marketing functional disciplines 
  • Strong understanding of KPI and marketing ROI analysis/modeling 
  • Outstanding project management skills and the proven ability to manage multiple complex initiatives in parallel 
  • Organized, detail-oriented with strong communication skills 
  • Demonstrated product marketing and content creation experience. Writing samples required 
  • Self-determined mindset with the ability to take ideas and run with them through to the finish 
  • Experience with CRM and Marketing Automation systems; Hubspot is preferable 
  • Passion for the latest marketing trends, insight, research, and technologies 

Bonus Points: 

  • Experience in UX design, graphic design, Photoshop and Illustrator 
  • Google AdWords, Analytics Certificates 
  • Hubspot Inbound Certificate 
  • Experience working with the government and non-profit sectors

Compensation: $60,000 – $90,000 based on experience and past success.
