1. What are the Reducing Disparities Implementation Packages?

Currently, we offer two types of packages – a Basic Package and an Accelerated Package. Which package you select will depend on the scale of work you want to take on in your unique racial equity journey.

No matter where you find yourself, you’ll benefit from the experienced trainers, industry-vetted processes, and specially-designed tools you need to measurably reduce racial disparities.

Generally, both packages provide all of the following:

Training on Results-Based Accountability and reducing racial disparities
A set of tools and data management technologies to collaborate on reducing racial disparities for your desired issue area (health, education, workforce development, etc.)
A process to develop and implement strategies and action plans that reduce racial disparities on a single (Basic Package) or set of (Accelerated Package) community Indicator(s) (i.e. measures of community wellbeing)
Professional Certification courses for two (Basic Package) or five (Accelerated Package) individuals, designed to help build your and your partners’ leadership skills and internal capacity throughout and beyond working with us.

Reducing Disparities Packages are specially designed for funders, organizations, and collaboratives who are just starting out on their journey to address racial equity. If your organization or partnership identifies with any of the following, a Reducing Disparities Package may be the right option for you:

Your community has a deep interest in reducing community-level racial disparities
Your community is unsure of where to start to address a community-level disparity or indicator of inequity
Your community partners do not yet have a shared knowledge base about racial equity
You need a method that can help you collaborate with other institutions to collectively reduce racial disparities through aligned contributions
You need tools to map racial equity data, organize strategic decision-making, and collect ground-level data on strategy performance measures

3. What Exactly Do You Get?

All Reducing Disparities Package clients will:

Learn the foundational knowledge about racial equity they need to create informed and appropriate strategies
Results-Based Accountability training and skills development
Results-Based Accountability skill mastery (in the form of two or five Results-Based Accountability Professional Certifications)
Customized technical assistance from a Clear Impact consultant
A subscription to the Clear Impact Suite of data collection and management tools (Scorecard + Compyle), including access to the National Equity Atlas

4. How Much Does it Cost?

If you purchase a Reducing Disparities Package, rather than buying each tool and service separately, you’ll be saving money. However, there is an a la carte menu available for organizations that do not want to purchase an entire package.

Here’s the cost for each package:

Basic Package = $24,250 USD

(Represents $4,500 in savings compared to a la carte pricing)

Accelerated Package = $49,250 USD

(Represents $11,250 in savings compared to a la carte pricing)
