Greetings! Adam Luecking, CEO of Clear Impact here with a special message for our valued Scorecard customers. Not a Scorecard customer? These tips will still work for you, but you can try Scorecard for free here if you’d like (especially for tip 4).

I would like to share with you some thoughts and tips on maintaining your budgets during these crazy COVID times.

We know that many of our clients have been struggling to make sure they are meeting their budgets and using funding effectively in lean times.

We want to make sure you realize the benefit and the competitive advantage you have by using Clear Impact Scorecard.

There are four things that many of our customers are doing to make sure that they maintain this competitive advantage:

  1. Have clarity on the population results and indicators that you contribute to most.
  2. Regularly update the data on 4-6 outcome-focused performance measures.
  3. Create Turn the Curve plans for these performance measures and have a conversation with your funder at least annually to share those plans.
  4. Create greater transparency and public trust by putting your scorecards on your website for the public to see.

We know that these aren’t the only things that you need to do to make sure that you maintain your budgets, but we do know that those that are most successful are doing these four things. Ultimately, as you go through your grant renewal process, if you’re able to clarify what you’re contributing to, make sure everyone understands that you’re working hard to stay updated on your performance, create plans, and have greater transparency, we know you’ll have greater success.

Everyone at Clear Impact is here ready to help, should you need it. Feel free to contact me at any time (Adam@clearimpact.com) or any of your other Clear Impact contacts.

Thank you for being a customer! We’re so happy you’re on this measurable impact journey with us.

Sincerely,

Adam Luecking, CEO
