About:

Clear Impact and the Host Committee invite you to attend the Results-Based Accountability™ (RBA) Australia Summit to be held 30 Sept – 1 Oct 2015 in Sydney, Australia. A set of pre-conference workshops will also be held on 29 Sept.

The Results-Based Accountability Australia Summit represents the second annual international summit of its kind. This unique event will focus on introducing nonprofit and government leaders to cutting-edge concepts and tools that are being used around the world to help create measurable improvement for children, adults, families, and communities as a whole. In addition to traditional style presentations, lively discussion panels, small break-out sessions, and hands-on workshops will offer an interactive learning experience like no other conference can. Participants will learn from real-world examples and integrate their current work and interests into practice sessions, engaging them in practical skill-building.

These summits feature speakers who are international leaders and experts in the fields of social change, multi-party collaboration, leadership, negotiation, performance measurement, program and agency management, and the Results-Based Accountability™ framework for disciplined decision-making. Participants will leave with a better understanding of how to use data-driven thinking and the Results-Based Accountability method to measure their community’s well-being, measure agency and program performance, and create strategies for small and large-scale improvement. Participants will also leave with an enhanced skill-set that will allow them to collaborate and communicate efforts more effectively and work towards creating measurable improvements for the communities they serve.

For government and NGO leaders who are learning about Results-Based Accountability for the first time, or for those that have been using the framework for years, this event is not to be missed!
