About the Workshop:
What would happen if community leaders and program managers aligned their efforts to create strategies that meet the needs of children and families? Although leaders are working to ensure effective strategies are in place to support the child and family well-being, how can these partners know that these strategies are effective to bring about community change?
This workshop provides an overview of Results Based Accountability (RBA), a disciplined and data-driven framework for making decisions and taking action to achieve results. By applying RBA’s simple framework, community partners can work together to plan and implement effective strategies that meet the needs of children and families in their community. The framework can also be applied by program managers to better understand how to provide quality services so that the children and families in their program are better off.
The workshop will also include a case study of successful RBA implementation with measurable improvements in school readiness.
