The Reach Your Peak Support Package will include all of the benefits previously offered through our standard support but will also grant further benefits, including:

• Unlimited In-Product Live Chat (Mon-Fri 9-5 EST),
• Preferred Service Level Agreement (SLA) response time (1-day response and 5-day resolution guaranteed)

Additionally, users can access one of the following services each month:

• One Custom Report Build
• API Connection Consultation

Subscribers will also receive 50% off additional support time, data restoration, and data change services ($125/hr.)
