Clear Impact Supports National Public Health Accreditation Around the Nation

Clear Impact supports the PHAB Accreditation and Reaccreditation process for many other health departments, including the Macomb County Health Department (Michigan), Vermont Department of Health, New Mexico Department of Health, and Alameda County Public Health Department (California).

For example, the Clear Impact Scorecard played a vital role in helping the Macomb County Health Department achieve initial PHAB Accreditation. In addition to providing a mechanism for continuous improvement, strategizing, and performance management, the department utilized Clear Impact Scorecards for several of the documentation requirements in PHAB’s Standards and Measures. Department leads found the Scorecard’s downloadable PDF functionality to be particularly useful in submitting documentation.
